Alliance Specialist
You are required to develop, implement, and manage alliance strategy and manage alliance and partnership relationship and own Master Service Agreement (MSA).
In this role, your responsibilities will cover the below broad areas:
- To work with selected vendors on new business opportunities (GTM, JVs, etc.).
- To negotiate vendor contracts - plan and sign for volume commitments, including certifications, audits and rebate.
- To collect performance metrics and aggregate details and evaluation and assist Line of Business to establish new vendors and end relationships.
- To monitor vendor operational performance on individual contracts, and resolve escalated vendor related issue.
- To partner with existing vendors to ensure on-going dialogue and knowledge on technology advancements.
- To support and maintain relationship with 3rd party Telco network providers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Prior experience in IT channels sales will be highly desirable
- Familiarity of Network and Security products will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within a highly dynamic environment
- Reliable and highly-committed
