Job:
- The Sales Executive role involves liaising with the customer before the Purchase Order (PO) is issued. E.g. put together a quote based on agencies’ requirements, work with the agencies on their hosting requirements in G-Cloud, and ensure the timeline stipulated by agencies can be met by all parties and any other services within G-Cloud the agencies may require.
- This will also involve helping them come up with requirement specifications so the agency can call an RFQ to quote them. Once the PO is received, this will be handed over to Customer Service for them to bring the agency/project on board.
- Of course these customers may still call Sales Executive when they coming on board or after they come on board. As the Sales Executive will need to liaise with these customers, there may be a need to go meet them to present/share with them G-Cloud.
- The Sales Executive will also need to communicate with internal teams e.g. operation team on schedule, product team on non-standard services, architect team on design and etc. Once the PO is issued, the Sales Executive will need to hand this over to customer service for that team to ‘on board’ the agency.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service is a MUST or support function in a dynamic team at least 2 years
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
- Possess a high level of maturity with excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset, ability to work in a team & positive attitude
- Attention to details and able to co-ordinate and execute pre and post sales operations and administration
