Job Responsibilities:
- Production Process (Weighing, Mixing, 3 Roller Milling and Jarring)
- Assist supervisor in the daily running of production
- Responsible for a team of technician and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment
- Must be able to adapt to any job as per assigned by the superior
- Conduct on job training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understands the defect criteria’s as at when required
- Ensure technicians achieve/perform to daily targets and output
- To conduct inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures
- Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output
- Manufacturing performance index reporting
- Maintain good housekeeping at all time at the respective working area
Skills and Qualifications:
- Nitec II with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferably in chemical or food manufacturing industry
- Able to communicate with all levels of employees
- Computer literate in MS Office like Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in SAP system
