Solution Consultant/ Manager
This role is primarily in pre-sales, tenders and bids stage, you will work closely with cross competencies teams together on a winning strategy.
To achieve, you should be formally in post-sales, delivery team and highly familiar in the project methodologies i.e. Design, Technologies in order to review the tenders/ bids
Your responsibilities will include:
Ø To Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
Ø To Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirements
Ø Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist.
Ø Highlight the positive impact of our solutions and how it can achieve customer’s business goals
Ø Provide a source of advice as we develop and implement customer’s strategies
Requirements:
Ÿ At least 7 years of hands-on experience with System Integration (SI) projects
Ÿ At least 2 years of IT Consulting or pre-sales experience
Ÿ 2 years experience in preparing and delivering the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
Ÿ Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirements
Ÿ Good articulation skills in proposing the alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist.
Ÿ Familiarity in the any of following areas:
· Java/J2EE
· Microsoft Dot Net
· Enterprise Architecture
· IT Governance and Portfolio Management
· Service Oriented Architecture
· Development Methodologies (SSADM, RAD, JAD, Object-oriented, Agile Development)
