This position is to bridge the gap between the limitation of current SAP system and the need for detail tracking of production status. This will require the person to set up of reporting template using Excel or Assess. The selected candidate will be responsible of communicating with stakeholders and drafting out automated worksheet for the tracking of production performance and status.
Job Scope
Open Sales Order report detail with Manufacturing Order and BOM for planning
To understand and define the metric for production with various stakeholders.
Draft out necessary reporting templates an as per operation management requirements via Excel or Assess
Decide on the input data necessary for the collation of production report
Generating data reports from SAP system and input data into reports
Utilizing charts and graph to present data to simplify reporting
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
Good understanding of production and manufacturing reporting
2-3 years experiences in SAP related role
Ability of extracting data from SAP system via
Good understanding of SAP Planning to Produce modules, (MM, PP, SCM)
Advance Excel or Assess skills needed
