Responsibilities:
The Service Manager/Project Manager/Technical Manager would need to develop and implement business plans to achieve profitability and growth for the service department. He/she also needs to develop and improve the service qualities and technical competencies of the service personnel.
Job Content
• Develop and implement business plans for the department
• Create strategies and plans for new business development
• Plan training programme for staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Ensure that the commitments to customers are fulfilled
• Report monthly sales performance for the section
• Develop, build and maintain relationship with principals and customers
• Manage the administrative process in the department
• Manage and control the stock level to support the spares and service business
• Establish annual budget for the department
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of servicing experience and 3 years of management experience
Strong engineering knowledge and technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical and industrial services
Good customer orientation, good analysis skills and customer handling skills

· Required skill(s): mechanical, electrical and industrial services, service manager, strategies and plans for new business development, training programme development, budgeting.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive, Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
