Responsibilities:
· Manage full spectrum of HR activities which includes manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, staff welfare/relations and performance management.
· Assist in the strengthening of Regional Human Resource Management activities.
· Manpower budgeting and cost management
· Consolidate and monitor budget and costing for Dept and company common expenses
· Work with respective Dept/Div Managers to identify and ensure learning needs are aligned to corporate and division goals and objective
· Manage Performance Appraisal, promotion and compensation
· Manage compensation and benefits program such as medical & term life, work injury compensation, personal accident insurance, General Insurance & leaves benefit scheme
· Oversees the payroll administration and verify the consolidated payroll for final authorization
· Co-ordinate between head office and subsidiaries for reports
· Admin function:
· Oversees the Admin function including the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
· Review vendors, contracts & negotiate for corporate rates
Requirements:
· Degree in HRM, Business Admin
· Min. 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 4 yrs experience in managing a team of HR & Admin staffs.
· At least few years of experience working in Electronics / Semiconductor Industry.
· Leading a team of HR Business Partners, the HR manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions such as organization development, talent attraction and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefit, performance management, HR policies and processes.
· The role will be pivotal in driving HQ direction and key HR initiatives and projects such as HR process improvement in the Asia Pacific Region.
