Overall Responsibility
· The Service personnel would need to gain a bigger market share and service of contract customers. He would need to surpass Customers’ Expectation and to provide pre and post sales and service on Scientific Instruments to customers to meet the objectives of the department.
Job Content
· Install, commission, calibrate and testing of relevant scientific equipments at customer locations
· Provide preventive maintenance and repair services at customer locations
· Respond to customers’ enquiries and maintain a positive working relationship with them
· Conduct technical training to customers when required
· Provide quality feedback from customers to the Service department
Requirements / Qualifications
· ITE / Diploma in Engineering
· Posses a pleasant personality, able to work independently but also a team-player
· Preferably 2 years of service experience in relevant products
· Preferably to possess Class 3 driving license.
