TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE CUM FIRE SAFETY OFFICER
Job Description:
· Conduct fire safety briefing and table top exercise to the fire safety committee
· Conduct training to all fire fighters - Update FEP as and when needed
· Ensure all FCC equipment are functioning such as PA system, mechanical ventiliation system, recorder system and etc
· Weekly check sprinkler pump panel, hose reel panel, etc, are in auto mode and normal condition
· Conduct monthly servicing and testing to the sprinkler pump, hose reel pump and jockey pump
· Ensure all Exit light is in working condition - Attend to all fire safety related matters
· Assist the Building Manager in other building related issues assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent
· Must possess Fire Safety Certification issued by the relevant local authority
· Competent in MS Office
· Able to communicate effectively to customers, co-workers and contractors
