Senior Billing Executive

Purpose of the Job (Why the job exists):

·         To ensure complete, accurate and timely billings to customers so as to prevent revenue leakage

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

·         Lead and provide guidance to  billing executives

·         Work with functional groups to ensure billings are performed accurately and on time.

·         Investigate billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions to address causes of  discrepancies

·         Work with functional groups and IT staff to implement new billing processes

Reporting Relationships (Who this job reports to; Who reports to this job):

·         This position reports to the Section Manager, Billings and AR

Scope of the Job (Amount of revenue, budget, products, processes or employees directly impacted by this job):

Billing process impacting revenue and customers

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):         

·         Degree in business administration, commerce or equivalent

·         Minimum  5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a subcontract manufacturing environment

·         Problem solving, communication, spreadsheet and analytical skills essential

·         Experience in SAP system an added advantage
