Responsibilities
Support QA/QC activities in the projects.
Implement the quality assurance plan, mainly on incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.
Inspect and verify manufactured parts and purchased items according to product requirements.
Perform inspection on mechanical parts, hybrid circuits, Printed Circuit Board (PCB), Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA) and integrated module according to the established procedures and sampling plan.
Perform inspection with 3rd party inspector when required.
Familiar with IPC-A-610 standard and mechanical parts drawing and electronic part specifications.
Initiate rejection tags for non-conformity and follow-up on the disposition.
Timely update of inspection results to enable effective monitoring of shop floor performance.
Verifying and coordinating the project quality.
Collect data and feedback to process owner for quality improvement.
Must able to perform shift work (2nd shift) whenever is required.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
At least 2 years relevant experience in PCB, PCBA and raw component inspection.
Knowledge of IPC-A610, mechanical parts and electronic parts preferred.
Able to perform inspection under high magnification scope.
Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
Independent with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Good eye vision
