Job Responsibilities
You will manage customer accounts and be the point of contact for customers. You will be required to adopt a customer centric and professional approach with a high level of service quality in your interactions with the customer. You will also answer sales and general enquiries from customers. In addition, you will provide sales proposals, confirm sales and activate relevant parties.
You will consolidate reports for dissemination to customers on a regular basis and prepare presentation material, meeting minutes and ensure timely dissemination to the relevant stakeholders. You will need to monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure that the company is meeting the KPIs. You will also be required to actively adopt a continuous process improvement approach in delivering value-added services to customers in a cost effective manner.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Management/Customer fronting, preferably in IT-related industry or with IT background and/or qualification
Excellent written as well as oral communication skills and the ability to appreciate a basic to intermediate level of technical details
Team player - able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as required
Resilient - able to work under pressure and ability to track and deliver assignments on schedule
Strong Interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff& mgmt (both internal & external customers)
Professional conduct& presence, a pleasant personality who maintains composure in stress situations
Analytical& Problem solver & ability to follow set processes and procedures as part and parcel of daily work requirements
Willingly and able to handle substantial administrative& manual functions pertaining to sales orders preparation, wins and billing
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
