Job Responsibilities
You will support project team in their order / project fulfillment (in term of backend support of paperwork)
From receiving a project order verifying details against all documents
Raise PR and ensure PO reaches vendor
Coordinate delivery and raise DO
Invoice customer with nec supporting document.
• Assist in purchases which include request for quotation, raising PR, SIR and responsible for project billing and payment related matters
• Provision of general office administration which includes project support work, logistic co-ordination, checking/ verification/ Photostatting of documents
• Coordination with other business groups on timely response to any queries and issues.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, often within short periods of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines
• Maintain documentation/versioning in share drive/library
• Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the business unit
• Responsible for monthly progress report generation & data/ statistics compilation for customer and team (if any)
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
At least GCE 'O' Level
At least 2 year of working experience in administration function
