Senior Software Engineer (Web & Mobile Solution)

 Responsibilities:

Develop web application using programming languages ASP.net, C#, PHP. Javascript, HTML, CSS, C++

Familiar in Android SDK, JAVA, iOS SDK, Objective-C frameworks (libraries) and tools to create mobile web, native and hybrid apps for mobile and tablet

Design and create database structure in MSSQL, MySQL

Work with multiple layers of an organization, from executes, to business stakeholders, to technical teams and be successful working in all circles.

Communicate ideas to all levels and obtain buy in from both the business and technical organizations for their solution architectural designs.

Assists in the development and deployment of systems, methodologies, standards and processes that support the application development and support functions.

Participates in design reviews for implementation projects.

Conducts technical evaluations and performs cost/benefit analysis.

Assists in the development of the disaster recovery strategy.

Provide technical support for the system configuration, setup, training, monitoring and collecting customer requirement.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Computer/IT/Engineering

Minimum 5 years working experience in IT project environment, preference shall be given to candidate with project management experience.

Advanced experience with Android SDK, Java, iOS SDK, Objective-C frameworks (libraries) and tools to create mobile web, native and hybrid apps for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices required

Experience programming in Cocoa framework, delivering core graphical user interfaces and event based iOS apps required

Experience with Xcode IDE, Javascript required

Experience leading development efforts for Web application, Android, Windows Mobile and other mobile platforms a plus.

Proven experience deploying custom mobile applications

Strong Understanding of Apple Development best practices and policies

Experience with Agile/iterative methodologies is required

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable interacting with all levels of management.

Leadership qualities that enable them to motivate the project team to achieve outstanding results.

Willingness to implement & manage new systems setup, installations, training etc.

General understanding of various technologies and technical concepts that could include: application programming, database design, system design, Internet and web presence, or Client Server architectures.
