Responsibility
EMC Level 3 provides additional consulting work and support Level-2 team on complex incident break/fix and also the subject matter expert (SME) in respective switching or LAN/WAN technologies. To handle remediation project, on-boarding and soft MAC changes. Assist in incident recovery calls to address complex technical issues, in support to Level 2 team. Perform quality verification on all change request submitted by the Level 2 team, to ensure compliance to technology standards and configuration baseline.) To be part of release implements. Build & Configure releases. Test the release. Communicate roll-out plan and train Level 2 team members on new technology. Rollout the release to production. Engage in ongoing review of technology and configuration baseline as part of the Continue Service Improvement lifecycle. IP Address management on the ANZ allocated IP segments in international operations
Requirement
Years of IT Experience: 5-7 Year,
Must have Skill: Cisco Catalyst Switch, Cisco Router,
Prefer Skill: Riverbed Steelhead
Level 3 – with up to minimum 8 years in managing enterprise network, including LAN / WAN coverage
Minimum CCNP certified in Switching and LAN/WAN.
Preferred CCIE certified.
