Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in the project administration tasks.
Take project minutes of meeting.
Prepare and update project information.
Record and maintain project contract files.
Issue project reports generated by the Project Manager.
Consolidate project budget reports.
Liaise and coordinate with various departments.
Prepare quotations for project scope variations.
Track project running costs as per each allocated project budget.
Prepare project draft packing lists and shipping instructions.
Liaise and coordinate with various departments.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering / IT or relevant.
Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience (prefer from Telecommuication / IT industry).
Need to be meticulous with figures.
