Job Description:

·         Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical equipments related to Building Facilities

·         Maintenance of mechanical equipments covers Air-conditioning Systems, Air Compressors, Pumps, Chillers and etc

·         Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for such M&E equipments, carry out preventive and corrective repairs

·         Supervise and certify the works that are outsourced to other contractors

·         Liaise with the managing agent to get works done in the related place of work

Requirement:

·         Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in carrying out supervision and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical equipments related to Building Facilities

·         Working experience in Defense (SAF Camp Facilities Maintenance) is preferred.

·         Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
